Very nice guest house with an excellent location—just steps away from the train station and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot August weather. They also provide a shared kitchen and dining area, along with complimentary breakfast goodies and coffee, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended!

Central location

Central for shops and station. Access via series of codes as not always ‘staffed’. But it worked.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to check in and accomodations made when I needed them. Beautiful, clean, large room. Very convenient location which felt much safer than another place I stayed in Naples. Lots of action, but also police presence nearby. Very close to train, dining, shopping, and near the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was great location to the bus station with a short walk. Nice bars and restaurants close by-felt safe visiting these at night. Naples is a great place to visit and this hotel is well located to the city centre too

We stayed for 5 days, we had helpfully communication before arriving. At arrival our host chatted with us and showed us several sites and places to eat. We had no idea how central the site really was, excellent location. Walking distance from the port, the excellent for our arrival from Capri. And a very short distance from Napoli Centrale, great for our way back home. We had many excellent suppers very close by, a special call out to Nonna Anna's just around the corner, we had a very special night.

It is like a family hotel. It is a big apartment with several room for different guests. The place is close to the train station. It is also easy to walk or take metro to many places in Naples. The staff there was really nice.

Such a gem of a place. We will be back

This place was so great we initially booked for 2 nights and extended our stay. The staff are super friendly. The owner Lucca and his girlfriend Alice have such style. They made our stay so comfortable. Each beautifully designed sweet has a theme. Art ,travel, music. We stayed by choice in three different suites, each with wonderful different qualities.

We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us. Also, looking forward to returning soon.

Great stay at N’art suites. Very close to central station and metro as well as restaurants and laundry. Excellent communication - was able to message with owners about any questions and got clear instructions on check in. Greatly appreciated being able to check in early. The owners were very sweet and place had a cute vibe, a true B&B. Great local recommendations from the owner on check in. Would def stay here again.

Convenient stay in central Naples

Good location close to metro & train station. Minimum contact with the staff but we got clear instructions for self-service. Clean, spatious room that was surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The only thing we missed in the room was a fridge.

Thank you to Alice & Luca and team. We enjoyed our stay. N’Art is an easy 4 min walk from Napoli Centrale, so if you are arriving by train, this is an easy location to find. N’Art team are very nice and helpful. Room is simple and very nice, really comfortable bed! Air con works really well. Breakfast and coffee was fresh and nice. Highly recommend 😎

Good central location

We were late getting into Naples but had been given good directions and instructions on how to access the building. The lift was very old but functional and we never had any problems with it. Our room was spacious and clean and we were pleased to see it had a safe. Luca was extremely attentive and helpful after our train was (extensively) delayed and we could not reach him before the front desk closed for the day. His helpful directions and continued contact made what might have been a stressful arrival so much simpler We found it a little strange that we never, at any time, saw anyone in reception so we're not sure if was manned or not The location is good for access to the metro and train station

Mixed experience

Great room and friendly staff. Building the apartment was in was quite run down but seemed standard for Naples. Lift required an 10 cents coin so had to walk up 130 steps on most returns as didn’t have a coin. Would help if there was a change machine or just a free lift! Area around the hotel was run down but again standard for that part of Naples. Great location for visiting Pompeii though.
