It met my expectations. Small place, big enough room, clean, coffee/juice and oats/muffins for breakfast, located in walking distance to the beach (just short of 1 km) and just a few blocks from 5th ave, convenience store and food market a few blocks in the other direction. Would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms super cute and very quiet! We loved that it was a short 1 mile walk to the beach. Everything was very close so no need to really drive anywhere! Lemon the cat is the sweetest cat ever and loved my daily cuddles with her! Thanks Lemon Tree for an amazing stay, hoping we are able to return next year!

Exceeded Expectations!

Very attractive and cute property. A few rooms have a screened-in porch! Charming gazebo in a garden environment. 2 blocks from the downtown Naples restaurant area.

Loved the lemon tree

Loved this little place. 2 blocks from the restaurants and shopping. Some units have screened in porches! Nice warm pool! Loved the friendly little cat "LEMON" on the property.

The property is privately owned. Not a big hotel chain. It is beautifully situated and old style. The gardens are excellent and the rooms clean and spacious. Old school.

I have been staying at the Lemon Tree for over 20 years. I really enjoy this Inn. The location is great. The walkability can't be beat. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pool is always spotlessly clean. My room was a nice size. The room had a comfortable King bed and a nice lanai. The housekeeping staff are great! This place is what Old Florida was all about.

OK stay nothing fancy

It was an Inn so it was quaint or maybe a little run down. Lots of people smoking outside their rooms as we walked by on several occasions during the evening and the next day. Disappointed with continental breakfast by pool being a coffee pot and a Sams Club box of pre-wrapped muffins.

Disappointed this stay

We have stayed there several times. This time we were not as happy. Air conditioner was not working properly and water from it dripped all over my husbands dress shoes and at checkout all we received was an oh sorry.

Sad part of a great trip

We stayed at The Lemon Tree last year, using Expedia. Had a much larger nicer room with a small patio out front. This is my first time using Hotels.com and for some reason they gave us a broom closet type of room. Very small with the bed right next to a very noisy air conditioner unit. We realized that the Hotel was maybe at 50% capacity, so we felt that we were being punished for using Hotels.com. Wwe arrived and were very tired from a full day in and around Naples, so I did not complain. Again no idea why they foisted one of their worst rooms on us.

Top emplacements et charmant

Hôtel familial charmant très bien situé. Accueil adorable. Jolis jardin et piscine. Léger petit dej offert le matin, très appréciable et apprécié. En négatif : une vieille Clim qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Le personnel de ménage qui parle fort le matin et s’installe devant votre porche Et attention aux moustiques !
