Excellent room

Room was lovely, comfortable and very. Bed was very comfy and despite being on a busy street it was a fairly peaceful sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Naples.

Location great. We were on the 5th floor so not quite so noisy as Naples usually is! Very close to the ferry terminal for any trips and midway between what I call the 'old' town and the 'new' town. Also very close to a metro stop. Room was spacious and bright as was the bathroom and we had a balcony. This was my fifth time in Naples and I think I would stay here again if there is another visit.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location to everything aswell! The hotel felt safe as there are many doors to lock. The room is the perfect size with a very spacious bathroom. The bed was also super comfy. Would definitely stay here again

Central location, fairly easy to find. Fairly noisy at night but it is to be expected. The room was light and clean, receptionist friendly and helpful. Only minus was that the shower floor didn’t drain, or did so very slowly, so you ended up standing in inch deep of water whilst showering.

Enjoyable stay in a spacious room.

This boutique hotel surprised me! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. And yet a reasonable price. Not a standard hotel, it takes most of the top floor of a multi-use building. Desk clerk is only there until 3pm, but they give you keys to the building so that you have access as needed.

Excellent little hotel close to everything. Very close to ferries if you need to take trips - positano, sorrento, amalfi, capri near by. 5 min to spanish quarter and 15min to the old downtown. hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. also our room was excellent, with a very big bathroom.

Great location if you are going to take ferrys from Beverello Port to Capri, Positano or anywhere to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel is three blocks from the port, and easy to walk to with carry-ons. The rooms are big (for Europe’s standards), clean, and nicely decorated. I had a very nice stay. And the staff is very helpful.

Overall a good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is quite crowded the whole day, so can be somewhat noisy. The main bad thing about the room was that there was no door to the bathroom. It's fine if you're travelling solo, but if you're travelling with someone, you can see the toilet and the shower right from the bed.

Excellent hotel to stay if you are going to take ferrys to Positano, Amalfi, Capri, and others. Two blocks from Beverello where is the port for the ferrys. Also, very close to Via Toledo (shopping) and the Centro Histórico. Excellent location with ample rooms (for Italy standards). Miriam was excellent in helping get the taxis from the train station to the hotel, and the staff is friendly and nice. I’ll be back here the next time in Napoli.!!

Nice place, horrible attitude

I would really like to rate this place higher, because the room was nice, the location convenient and the staff very friendly, at least superficially, so if you are traveling for leisure, you will likely have a nice experience. But I was traveling for professional reason, so I requested an invoice. They promised to provide it.They didn't. As long as I was staying there, they kept promising they will do it, giving excuse that they need a particular stuff member, who wasn't there at the time, but was supposed to do it next day etc. At the check out, they still didn't have it, they promised they'll send it by email asap. They never did. As soon I left, they simply ignored any attempt to contact them. I'm sorry to say that, but such attitude is simply rude and disrespectful, no matter how much the stuff smiles at you otherwise. Shame, because other then that, the stay was perfectly fine.

Rooms are on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building, when we arrived we were unable to gain access and had to wait 15mins outside on the main busy street for the caretaker to arrive to let us in which wasn’t great. We were also told the same day that the very old lift was broken and this meant that my husband had to carry our heavy suitcase up 139 steps to the 5th floor, which was really unacceptable. The caretaker was able to help us and carry our other heavy suitcase up to the 5th floor. The lift was repaired on our second day of our 2 day stay but it did mean that we had to make 4 trips up and down the 139 steps to and from our room, this was very difficult and left me in pain due to mobility issues. Our room (room 8)) was nice but did smell of drains and our shower was broken too. On a positive note, the rooms/building were in a great location, breakfast was great and the bed was really comfy. Wonderful places to eat all around 🇮🇹
