Decent budget hotel

It was a decent affordable hotel. Close to restaurants and the duomo so you can walk anywhere. The hotel was clean and a good budget option.

Stayed in Naples for 1 night and property let us check in early. Room was great had two large windows with balconies to overlook the streets which made room feel huge. Smart TV was a plus.

I chose this place for a few hours between my ship's arrival and my 6 a.m. flight, and I can say it was in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The place was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and most importantly, a new elevator and high security in the building. If I return to Naples, I will definitely choose this company and neighborhood again. Wishing success for the holiday company and its team.

Location is good close to metro trains and walking distance around the Duomo area. I like tgat the byilding is clean and you feel safe in it. The few things they can improve on is putting a signage where the reception floor is. Then the big concern that they have to look into is the shower- our room ( on the left of the reception desk) The water pressure is low and it can go hot or cold and none in between. Thats the only problem we had…otherwise , it is a decent place to stay

This hotel is nothing like the photos. Our door wouldn’t lock, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, it was so dirty and the safe was not even attached to the wall. The staff would do nothing to help us. The surrounding area of the hotel had dog poop everywhere and huge garbage bins outside the doors which smelled awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We complained through Expedia and they also did nothing for us. I will not be booking with them again.

Property was very simple. Need to update key system. Add some artwork and lamps in rooms to make rooms less stark. We had huge mosquitoes in our room. Our room number did not match our keys and later received an email asking for our room number. The workers were nice but property needs work.

Friendly and good service but very loud and noisy

Billig og godt tilgjengelig rom. Vennlig personale. Men rommene er utrolig lytte. Ikke godt isolert ut heller så du hører alt som skjer ute og hotellet er lokalisert nærme en veldig trafikkert vei hvor det fløytes mye.

Excelente para uma noite de deslocamento

Foi uma estadia de deslocamento. Apenas um ponto de apoio para dormir uma noite. Atendeu bastante a nossa necessidade. Quarto limpo, banheiro espaçoso, funcionário educados. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, mas satisfatório. Não sei se recomendaria para uma estadia maior, mas para a nossa finalidade, atendeu super bem.

3 jours en couple a Naples

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits à cet hôtel mi septembre 2024 et nous en repartons avec un avis assez négatif. L’hôtel est quasiment neuf, il est très bien placé et près du duomo pour un prix très correct (probablement car il vient s’ouvrir) La chambre était très propre. Toutefois, voici 3 raisons pour lesquelles je ne recommande pas cet hôtel : - À partir de 21h, il n’y a plus de check in possible. Il faut aller récupérer les clefs au restaurant d’à côté, qui ferme entre 23h et minuit. Si vous avez la malchance d’arriver après vous êtes bons pour dormir dehors (sans la moindre explication), bonjour le stress a l’arrivée en avion… - Le lit est dur comme du bois, je n’ai jamais vu cela nulle part, 3 nuits plus tard nous repartons avec d’horribles courbatures… - Enfin, nous avons eu le bonheur de dormir en chambre 103, qui est une chambre avec une porte mitoyenne avec une autre chambre… sans aucune isolation phonique ni même un simple joint pour isoler les deux portes. Autant dire que vous vivez avec vos voisins comme si vous y étiez (télévision, engueulades, réveil, discussion etc… un régal), mais vous dormez aussi avec eux (ronflements et réveils). J’ai du bricoler avec un oreiller et une chaise pour isoler un minimum. En bref, c’est hôtel est très bien en théorie… sauf si vous avez envie de dormir !

Camera ottima, personale gentile e disponibile, l'unico consiglio che possiamo dare, non prendete la colazione, a noi è stata portata in camera, ma sembrava della macchinetta a gettoni, e le brioches non erano del bar, ma tipo quelle industriali. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Quando torneremo a Napoli sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo questo hotel.
