We really enjoyed our stay with the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were clean, and the building was secure. The street was pretty noisy, but the building was rather soundproof. Location was ideal for our excursions.

The property was in an excellent location for us. Close to the opera house and port. However that was it. Taxi's can't pull up to property so you have to walk about 1 block in street that was not completely smooth and uphill. Room was small and bathroom was even smaller with showers the size of a coffin. Also shower didn't drain well but they did come and make it better. For the price not worth it.

Hotel was convenient and comfortable. Staff was super friendly ans helpful. They were pretty awesome. The only issue i had was the shower, no pressure and tiny. Everything else was awesome.

Stayed here with my family of 4 including 2 teenaged boys. The location was amazing!! Via Chiaia is a great location to stay in Naples and I would stay here again. Its a 5 min walk to the Spanish Quarter, and while its quiet lively, its not overly busy. There are many place to shop, dine and explore and this is right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend Donna Sofia - the best pizza and great street food with warm service. The Hotel was quite nice, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complain is that the beds are not very comfortable and the pillows are terrible (flat and stiff). At the end of a busy day of site seeing, I just couldn't get a great rest. This was our first time to Naples and it was an incredible experience. The City is hectic, busy and loud. When you first arrive it can be a bit overwhelming. BUT, we found the people warm and hospitable and once you get used to the rhythm of the city, its just amazing. So many place to explore and so much to do. From naples, we also visited Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast. We LOVED our stay here, and despite all the warnings about pick-pockets, we had no troubles at all. We traveled in and out of the train station, we walked through every back alley in the City, we used the local beeches and always felt safe.

Staff were nice and location was good, however…. The hotel is fine for people with light luggage. Luggage needs to be carried manually up three large steps to reach a lift. The staff kindly provided an upgrade with a balcony view, but the bathroom and toilet size is suitable only for nursery school children.

Globalement, tout s’est bien passé à l’hôtel. Le seul bémol concerne la chambre quadruple : une seule clé pour quatre personnes, ce qui n’est vraiment pas pratique. Lorsque j’ai demandé une clé supplémentaire, le monsieur à la réception m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible, et cela d’une manière assez désagréable. Il y avait trois réceptionnistes : la dame était extrêmement gentille et très professionnelle, en revanche les deux hommes l’étaient beaucoup moins.

Manca più accuratezza nelle stanze. La nostra aveva una parete bianca molto sporca. All inizio mancava dove appoggiare i saponi in doccia, poi dopo 2gg hanno messo un qualcosa. Questa stanza aveva un cucinotto senza alcun accessorio di cucina, no piatti, no bicchieri, no pentole ne posate. A che proposito? Si fa chiamare aparthotel ma non si può usar la cucina se non ci sono accessori, mica ci portiamo le pentole in viaggio!! Il bagno era piccolo e le mattonelle grigie presentavano perdite passate con la calcare in vista. In generale manca un tocco di accuratezza in tutto l insieme

Très mauvais hôtel L’air conditionné avec 34 degrés ne fonctionne pas très bien et il fait beaucoup de bruit. Un hôtel plutôt médiocre et si vous êtes deux ou plus, une seule carte est remise pour l'ouverture de porte. Pas de possibilité d'avoir une carte par client. Je ne vous recommande pas de vous loger dans cet hôtel. Deux choses positives : hôtel propre et bien situé.

Bra, enkelt hotell

Enkelt och fräscht hotell i bra områden i Napoli. Dock väldigt trafikerad gata utanför trots gågata som är avstängd för trafik 8-20, men nattetid töms alla sopor och gatan sopas med lastbil. Dvs väldigt svårt att sova på detta hotell. Öronproppar rekommenderas. Trevlig staff, speciellt Nishan som stannade i receptionen tills vi anlände efter att receptionen stängde.

The guy at the front desk was absolutely lovely! So helpful. Unfortunately at night we realised there were no blankets on the bed, when we asked reception they said that they ran out?? How does a hotel run out of blankets... they found some mysterious blankets from somewhere without sheets (because it was so cold, we took them)

The hotel is in a great location. And everything was fine about it. But the WiFi didn't work both nights we stayed. Which Wasa problem for us. Other than that. The reseptionistwas wonderful
