Lovely stay in Napoli in a great central location

We had a great stay at Don Pedro Rooms in Napoli. When we arrived we were met by Francesco and he gave us a quick run down of the area and things to see and do in Napoli which was incredibly helpful. The central location was great to get around the city quickly. Being close to Via Toledo meant there was a real buzz in the surrounding area at all hours of the day. This meant there was some noise throughout the night which was understandable given the lively location of the building. Some of the internal doors had a bit of a habit of slamming and the bed frame was quite creaky causing some more noise during our stay. The property is on the third floor of the building (Number 16) and there is a lift for those who require it. Aside from the noises we had a great stay and would definitely stay again when we are in Napoli.

the owner was rude and unhelpful. for 3 nights he gave us a half roll of toilet paper?. After 45 minutes of waking with our lugged realized that the place is inside a building not in the street.

Impossible to find because there wasn’t a single sign identifying the property, even outside the actual place! The proprietor was called by a neighboring business owner and said he’d be there in 20 minutes which turned out to be longer. Once we were finally inside, the place was relatively tidy but old and shabby. I will say the proprietor recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner called Amici Miel. My overall advice is stay here if you’re a college student, not an older person who is used to a higher standard.

Only 2 pillows with cases, the other two did not have cases. The toilet was not cleaned and had residue on the inside of the toilet seat. Only two very thin towels, and two hand towels were provided and one of the towels had a hole in it. The place looks like a run down B&B, dark and dusty in the common areas. Also it was very hard to find and we had to wait an hour for someone to let us in once we finally found it. On the positive side, the AC was great, the location was very walkable in a central area with coffee shops all over, and the furnishings in the room were fine.

Sijainti erinomainen pääkadun varressa. Sisääntulo/ aula / "keittiö" oli tunkkainen ja epäsiisti. Tupakanhaju oli voimakas huoneessa ei haissut. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, wc ja suihkutila kohtuulliset. Sänky sekä että. Ei lainkaan luksusta, mutta sijainti ja hinta reppureissaajalle, ikä 57-70v selvittiin:)

This place was great! I will definitely return. Its very safe, and conveniently located in the heart of quartieri spagnoli. I cannot wait to go back, and this time bring my wife over there. The person greeted us there, told us all about the area, he is super responsive and is a great host. I have no issues at all with this place thank you for the wonderful service!

The property is perfect if your wanting to truly experience Quartiere Spagnolo. The local community is very friendly of course anywhere you should use good judgement with being precautious. The rooms are perfect and don’t get too hot. Definitely enjoyed my time there and will be returning next year.
