Close to restaurants and shopping

When we arrived, we were a little shocked with the look of the exterior of the building. It's a little rough looking with garbage and grafitti all around. The owner, Paula met us and showed us our room. That was the one and only time we had any contact with her or anyone else associated with the property. The room was very basic but was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but wasn't terrible either. There are many restaurants and lots of small shops nearby. Come night time though, there's also groups of kids who hang about. Naples as a whole, was a lot rougher than I'd imagined. Although it has it's charm, I've seen it now and have no desire to return. If a family member was planning an Italian holiday, I'd suggest steering clear.

Tout était bien correct. Douche bizarrement installée. Jamais trouvé le code pour Wi-Fi. Par contre, le proprio nous a aidé beaucoup en réservant un taxi pour se rendre à l'aéroport durant la nuit. J'y retournerais sans problème!!

La posizione della struttura é perfetta. C’è la via Toledo e la via Spacca Napoli vicina, e a 10 minuti a piedi si trovano anche i mezzi per spostarsi per tutta Napoli e dintorni

Courte nuit

Séjour d une nuit, chambre très agréable et propre. Seul bémol, le bruit de la rue en dessous de la chambre. Il y avait un rassemblement de jeunes bruyants jusqu’au petit matin. C était samedi soir et c était peut être exceptionnel mais pour nous la nuit a été courte. C’est dommage.

Nos fue bien gracias a dios no hubo inconvenientes. Las toallas del baño me encantaron. En napoles no respetan el paso peatón. El desayuno se da a pasos del hotel, sin embargo poca atención y servicio de parte de ambos chicos que trabajan ahí.

Best place to stay in Napoli

I was very skeptic about Napoli and this Hotel. Building and narrow street is full of grafity there are some minor kids drinking near the corner etc. But before we came owner Mr. Roberto called and text us to ask check in time. We reached the hotel around 13.00, the owner Mr. Roberto show us the room which is a huge room. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable kitchen was clean and tidy even there are some cooking materials to prepare a proper dinner at cupboards. And even there is a washing machine and some laundry saop to use. There was 2 complimentary water in the fridge. After we checked in he gave me the breakfast coupons (pastry in front of B&B, 1 cappucino & crousant or 1 fresh orange juice & toast) a map and recommended places to go and some local restaurants and pizzerias. Stayed 4 nights VERY QUIET street, no noise at all and definately area was very safe. No dark roads no thiefs at street, just some kids around. At most 2 minute distance to Heart of Via Toledo. After 4 night our last day I lost my cellphone at road to Pompeii (probably at station).When I enter my room I checked my items and couldn't find it (thought that maybe I forgot my phone in the room).Mr. Roberto called my phone an officer from train station answered, said that the phone found in train station and need to be retrieved in 30 minute. Mr. Roberto went to station and retrieve my cellphone and brought back less than 20 mins. To sum up, location is goodroom is great and host is outstanding. Thanks
