Terrible, the room was clean, but no air conditioning. The building is in poor condition. You have to pay to use the elevator. Drugs are sold in the neighborhood, there is prostitution, illicit goods are sold. It is a shame to Expedia sell hotels that type of property.

Not expecting much, still disappointed.

It is not badly situated close to the central station but the street itself is a little bit uneasy with closed businesses and rough looking homeless people hanging around. Thr B&B is on the 5th floor with paying elevator only working on 20 cent pieces, if not then you have 130 steps to climb. Refrigerator in the room was broken, shared one at the entrance but if the 5 rooms are occupied that will not leave much space. With outside temperatures of over 30 the airco isn't up to the task. We also had ants crawling around and found some live ones in the bed. Breakfast can be taken at a small bar a few streets further and consists of one croissant and one coffee. It could be busy so no guarantee you will have a place to sit, also you need to be assertive like everywhere kn Naples, people will have no problem skipping lines or interrupting an order. After 9 days we skipped the monotony of meager morning sweetness.The B&B itself is a renovated appartment in what once must have been a grand building but due to lack of maintenance, as seems common in Naples, it is sadly falling apart as in time will the renovated interior i am sure.

Hotellin sijainti todella pelottavalla paikalla. Viereisessä kadunkulmassa huumehemmot piikitti itseään. Aamupala kehno. Hissi toimii vain kolikolla ja hotellihuoneet 5.kerroksessa. Huoneet vaatii kunnostusta samoin koko rakennus.

La chambre est conforme à la description. Le petit déjeuner s'effectue dans un café dans le quartier. Le quartier de la gare est vraiment un problème, peu sûre. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles ( bruit de la rue et de la clim), et un cache yeux ( lumière de la clim).

Personalet kan ikke engelsk, så det er vanskelig å kommunisere med dem. Måtte få noen lokale til å oversette. Området rundt virker litt shady. Det er et marked i gatene utenfor hver dag. Rommene ligger i 5 etasje og du må betale for heis dersom du vil bruke den. Det er ikke frokostbuffet, men du får en kupong som du kan bruke på en cafe ca. 150 m unna. Selvet rommet var ikke vasket skikkelig og det er maur på gulvet. Anbefales ikke.

Die kleine Küche vor den Zimmern war sehr angenehm!! Es gab Trinkgläser und Kaffee/Teetassen (und Tee!) und man hätte auch etwas wärmen können. Spülmittel und Tuch waren auch vorhanden. Gut gefallen hat mir auch der Concierge im eingangsbereich des Gebäudes. Er vermittelte ein Gefühl der Sicherheit, da sich in dieser Straße ein reger Flohmarkt befand Nicht gut gefallen hat mir, dass ich Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken hatte. Es wurde auf der Expediaseite nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen muss. Nur durch Zufall öffnete sich eine andere Tür auf diesem Stockwerk und die junge Dame war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, die Dusche funktionierte hervorragend und der Balkon (im 5. Stock!) war reizvoll. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder wählen!

Séjour pratique et agréable

L'appartement est a 5 minutes de la gare de Naples, ce qui est très pratique! Fabio a été très flexible pour notre arrivée ce qui est vraiment appréciable ! Le B&B est un grand appartement, qui contient 5 chambres, mais il a était facile de le trouver car une plaque est apposée a la porte d'entrée du bâtiment :) Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix se prend dans un café de la rue, sauf le dimanche où il est servi dans le B&B. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu le tester car nous partions trop tôt !

Alle wichtigen Utensilien (zB Bügeleisen, Föhn) vorhanden, saubere Unterkunft (bis auf die Armaturen in der Dusche), mit freundlichem Personal. Sofern niemand vom Personal hier ist, muss man um den Lift benützen zu können, 20Cent einwerfen, was ich allerdings nicht schlimm finde. Etwas mehr Platz bzw. Stauraum für Kleidung etc. wäre gut. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

Ein wunderbares B&B mitten in der Altstadt von Neapel - sehr nette Hosts ,egal ob es um die Abholung vom Flughafen oder andere Zusatzleistungen geht .. ein rosiges Zimmer , freundlich eingerichtet - mit Balkon .. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .. nachmittags ist die Umgebung durch den vormittags stattfindenden Markt ziemlich voll Müll .. ansonsten alles perfekt

Para una noche esta bien

La ubicación es espantosa. No es un lugar para caminar sobretodo de noche y se siente uno inseguro todo el tiempo. Al frente del edificio hacen mercados de venta y la calle está muy sucia y repleta de basura. Los cuartos están muy limpios y con lo necesario. Lo único bueno es que es cerca a la estación central.
