It was amazing. Daniele and Carmen went out of their way to help me and make my stay there special. I booked last minute and arrived late. Everything from the room, to their friendliness to the breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend!!

A bit overpriced and not super friendly

At first it all seemed well. After booking they took almost 2 hours to get to the property for check-in. The room looked newly renovated, but since it was located in the basement, the smell was quite similar. The breakfast was ok. Next day they let me perform some remote work in the garden, which was nice and hospitable. But suddenly they requested me to leave the property directly, while I was in the middle of a digital meeting. This was very uncomfortable. I would not book again.

Carácter napolitano y limpieza impecable

Muy agradable. Trato cordial y 100% familiar, a la napolitana. Desayuno muy bueno. Limpieza impecable. Estancia confortable, la cama es comodísima. La avenida donde está el alojamiento asusta por el tráfico, el desorden y la ausencia de limpieza viaria, pero es que el centro de Nápoles es así. La casa está impecable. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy recomendable.

Excellent séjour en amoureux

Ce B&B familial est géré par un couple adorable qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. Le lieu est très joli et très agreable. Notre chambre était confortable, avec un grand lit et une baignoire à jets. C'est un endroit calme et propre, qui permet d'avoir de l'intimité. Il est bien situé à Naples car il n'est pas loin du centre ville. Il y a plein de choses à visiter à proximité (Catacombes, Palazzo Capodimonte...). Je recommande vivement de séjourner là-bas.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Daniele et Carmen. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants. Malgré le fait que Carmen ne parle pas anglais et Daniele un peu, ils font tous pour nous mettre confortable et répondre à nos demandes. La situation de la maison est idéale et proche du centre. La chambre Vesuvio est magnifique, grande, le lit est très confortable. Cependant nous notons quand même quelques points négatifs. Nous y avons passé 4 jours en Janvier, la chambre est donc très froide, le sol glacé, ayant l'habitude des maisons chauffées avec des systèmes très performants, nous avons vraiment eu froid. Il y a un chauffage d'appoint mais ce n'est pas suffisant. C'est un problème commun aux maisons du sud en hiver. De plus l'eau n'est pas très chaude ce qui enlève du charme au bain à bulle que nous préférons prendre très très chaud. Enfin le petit-déjeuner est comme indiqué dans l'annonce à prendre à qq mètres, nous avons eu droit chaque matin un croissant et un cappuccino même si ceux-ci était très bon, nous trouvons que pour un bed&breakfast c'est trop peu, les photos sont trompeuses car on peut voir sur celles-ci de la charcuteries, du fromage etc De plus l'établissement se trouve sur rue donc le déjeuner est à prendre soit debout, soit aux tables sur le trottoir entre les voitures et les poubelles, pas top. Nous sommes certain que l'experience n'est pas la même en été. Nous souhaitons a Carmen et Daniele becoup de visteurs dans leur jolie maison Napolitaine

Daniele e Carmen sono davvero i migliori hosts che si possano trovare: Simpaticissimi, con spirito di aggregazione, accoglienti, a modo, genuini e soprattutto calorosi; ti fanno sentire a casa ed il clima che si instaura è quello di una vera e propria famiglia. Abbiamo trascorso qui il capodanno, l’accoglienza è cominciata prima ancora di arrivare tramite delle apprezzabili telefonate con Daniele che subito ti coinvolge con la sua simpatia; e che dire di Carmen, sua moglie, che instancabile donna ti fa sentire a proprio agio coccolandoti e “viziandoti”. Encomiabile l’idea di organizzare presso la struttura il cenone di capodanno riuscendo ad aggregare tutti gli ospiti in un veglione degno di nota in pieno stile domestico. Quando due persone così mettono cotanta passione in ciò che fanno è impossibile rimanere insoddisfatti. IMPECCABILI IN TUTTO!!

Non ce ne' per nessuno la cortesia e disponibilita partenopea e unica.... noi barbari del profondo nord abbiamo solo da imparare. Struttura d epoca recentemente ristrutturata molto bene con camere e servizi igienici di livello superiore per standard da B&B consigliato vivamente a tutti... senza contare appunto della gentilezza dei gestori. The property is new, clean, well decorated and in a convenient location. The hosts are wonderful and try their best to make you comfortable. The bed, bedding, pillows, working a/c, smart tv with no WiFi issues- all’s great! My only two issues: - wish there was hot breakfast! - the toiletries are not of good quality. Carry your own! I forgot to pack mine and regretted.
