Very poor service. Overcharged us and dirty rooms with condom wrappers in sheets. No contact til day after we checked out. DO NOT go if you are getting there after 8pm its impossible.

Accommodation was basic. The area it was in was the filthiest place I’ve ever been in. No Wi-Fi although it was stared to have it. Will never stay with this company again. Possibly stop using Hotels.com too. Accosted by immigrants on entering the premises. Totally unsafe for travellers

Booked a room with two beds got there only one bed for two guys to share my phone didn’t work in Italy so had problems trying to contact hotels.com the person at reception didn’t speak English or I think pretended not to speak it when I said about the bed situation just shugged his shoulders which wasn’t ideal we paid a tax as well for cleaning charges and the room wasn’t even cleaned once in 2 days I would be cautious booking this property

部屋の設備に問題あり！

冷蔵庫はあったものの故障して使えず、またタオルなどは毎日替えてもらえなかった。隣の部屋の物音がかなりした。あと、ホテル周りの治安はあまり良くなかった。 オンラインチェックインは不安だったので、指定されたチェックインセンターへ行ったが、対応はあまり良くなかった。デポジットも仮ではなく、売り上げとしてすでに請求が上がっていたのが不満。

Bien sûr, voici un avis sec et brutal comme tu le souhaites : --- À fuir absolument. Nous avions réservé un hôtel spécifique, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a envoyé dans un autre établissement, situé dans un endroit complètement différent. Ce fut la première énorme déception. L'hôtel où nous avons été "relégués" était un cauchemar : la fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas correctement, laissant passer tous les bruits extérieurs, rendant le repos impossible. La propreté était inexistante : la salle de bain était dans un état lamentable, avec de la rouille sur le châssis de la cabine de douche et une saleté évidente. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe autour. Cet endroit est une honte. Ne perdez ni votre temps, ni votre argent. Fuyez cet hôtel.

Bed & breakfast orrendo

Abbiamo pernottato io e mia madre e già il fatto ke una persona carica di bagagli si debba fare 3km x andare a prendere le chiavi della stanza è una cosa vergognosa, poi una volta giunte alla struttura per prendere le chiavi abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di dover pagare ulteriori 15€ non previste riferite a 5€ pulizie di fine soggiorno e 10€ per il nostro cane di cui avevamo già fatto presente nella prenotazione. A ciò si aggiunge il fatto ke all' atto della richiesta della fattura la voce pulizia stanza di €5 scompare e viene citata come "spese extra". Sì aggiunge il fatto ke tutti i bed & breakfast sono dotati di utensili per poter cucinare essendoci la cucina, ma qui non vi era neanke un bicchiere di plastica pur essendoci il tariffario delle varie bevande a cui si sarebbe potuto accedere.
