Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Apartment! This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for the apartment in advance, but never received the check-in instructions or the information needed to access the property. As a result, I was completely unable to check in or stay in the apartment I had already paid for. Imagine arriving at your accommodation only to discover that you have no way to get inside and no proper instructions to help you. It was incredibly frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. When someone pays for accommodation, the bare minimum is to provide the information necessary to actually access it. I paid for a service that I never received. This is an absolute failure of customer service and management. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this apartment to think twice. You risk wasting your money and being left stranded without a place to stay. Completely unacceptable. I would never book here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Var litt vanskelig med kommunikasjon da all kommunikasjon foregikk på italiensk, Ellers var jeg fornøyd og ble et døgn ekstra. Litt støy fra flyplassen, men det må man regne så nære flyplassen. Renslig og ryddige forhold.
