"I totally love this hotel, is 5 min drive to O’hare airport and they provide the shuttle service to and from the hotel. Staff is always nice, they have a restaurant and small coffee shop very convenient. "

"Breakfast menu was good but they mixed eggs and meat with same spoon, as we.don't eat bacon or meat due to religious reasons it was difficulty for us to enjoy the eggs. If the scrambled eggs were kept seperate we wohld have enjoyed the breakfast. People like us would appreciate the stay when such restrictions are taken into consideration "

"Rooms were okay. We reserved a room that was supposed to accommodate 4 but realistically was good for 2. The pull out sofa bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to request towels, pillows, sheets. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were very nice. Wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of meh."

"Everything was great but the only problem was the pool and the hot tub. Both were cold and my kids and I couldn't enjoy it at all. Some measures need to be taken when customers experience these issues, given our financial commitment to rental and other."

"Property has a shuttle to and from hotel, which is great. Location is close to airport, just across convention center. Front desk did not want to accommodate early check in, which was very inconvenient."
