"Loved how central this hotel is. The bikes were an added perk to get around the island. However, we asked for someone to fill up the tires since they were low and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come outside. The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. My friend was inquiring about the free coffee and instead of the front desk woman helping, she was incredibly sassy and rude saying “I told you it’s over there!” in a mean tone. "It was a great location for our family's visit. It is a small, cozy home with lovely decor and facilities. The owner was helpful and communicative. My only caution is that it might be "too cozy" for a tall or large person!"
