"The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station with plenty of shops around. But there's one thing that really needs to be improved: the washing machines. They only have two, and each wash takes a solid two hours. Plus, you can’t reserve them in advance. It’s such a hassle having to trek up to the second floor to see if one’s free. I tried to wash my clothes four times during my six-day stay but only managed to get one load done. I wasn’t lucky enough to wash again!"
