"This property is far above the limit of only 5 stars. From the cleanliness of the property to the immense variety at the breakfast buffet to the physical location of the property, it can't be beat. The cherry on top of all the icing the the friendliness of the staff, always a smile to greet you, the way your name is always used in greetings, makes it ultra comfortable. This not only is for the staff but extends to ALL level of management. While management probably has an office somewhere in the building, the preference is be always visible and, like the Operations Manager, prefers to work on his laptop near the open lobby."
