"The views from the restaurant are stunning. We split our trip between the beach and volcano so we had a 4 night stay at Gaia for the beach and a 4 night stay at Nayara Springs. Check in at the hotel was easy. You park or get dropped off at the security area (also where the gym is) and then a golf cart takes you up to the main building where the reception area is and the restaurant. The spa is downstairs and the reception/restaurant are upstairs. Unfortunately the Sky Lounge was closed during our stay. We received a refreshing non-alcoholic welcome drink. Everything about our stay was explained to us. We booked the Suite. Our room was large and nice but the description said ocean view and there was definitely not an ocean view so that was a bit of a disappointment. If you like seclusion and very little interaction with others, you would probably love this hotel. There was not a common area to have a drink and watch the World Cup. The grounds are large but mostly jungle and the hotel seems very small. The pools were also pretty small, we usually swim in pools and decided to swim at the beach instead. I didn’t see anyone in the pools during our stay. There is a swim up bar. The beach is not in walking distance. For the beach, you have to let your concierge know. Beach shuttles leave on the hour and return 15 minutes after the hour. The beach was wonderful and clean. Warm water and great waves. It’s $10 for chairs for the day. The concierge was very helpful throughout our stay."

"Tuve una experiencia extraordinaria durante mi estadía. Las villas son simplemente fantásticas: cómodas, amplias, muy bien diseñadas y con una calidad que se percibe en cada detalle. La atención de todo el equipo fue magnífica, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. La limpieza fue impecable durante toda la estancia y las instalaciones se mantuvieron en perfectas condiciones. Quiero destacar también la calidad de la cocina, los baños y todas las amenidades disponibles. Todo está pensado para brindar comodidad, bienestar y una experiencia de alto nivel. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que hay detrás de cada espacio y servicio. En general, fue una experiencia sobresaliente de principio a fin. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría con total confianza y al que me encantaría regresar en el futuro. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia tan especial."

"Great house! Great location with plenty of wildlife ( especially monkeys and iguanas). Tough trek to get to the house but the jungle views are great and worth it. Plenty of hot water ( we were a group of 8),comfortable beds, awesome pool, short hike to the beach ( a real hike that is worth it, the beach is amazing), close to towns and Manual Antonio State Park. This rental was a part of our adventure and we enjoyed every minute. Our host was responsive, helpful and stayed in close contact during our stay."

"This truly is a rainforest paradise! Located a 20 minute drive from Quepos high in the canopy, you feel very in touch with nature. Before we arrived, we were given very clear directions, including a grocery store to stop at and stock up. I recommend taking advantage of that opportunity. Adriena met us in a pouring rain and guided us to the house. She was so sweet. We were able to park in the car port and get our luggage and groceries in w/o getting too wet. We settled in, listening to the sounds of the rainforest from the covered patio. The house is quite unique in its design and decor, with plenty of seating space for the 6 adults in our group. The 1st floor bedroom has a private bath and 3 beds. The 2nd floor bedrooms are big w/ hardwood floors-squeaky at times, a private balcony, and a shared bathroom. Deborah helped us arrange a deep sea fishing excursion with Captain Franklin. It was absolutely wonderful! She also connected us with a local chef- Cleo. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience. Cleo prepared the fish we caught, along with other traditional dishes. She was so good, we invited her back the second night for another meal. Why drive into town to eat, when you can have an expert prepare a meal just for you?? And then there's the waterfall on the property! It's about a 20 minute hike from the house, but very much worth it. It is absolutely gorgeous and completely private. If you are looking for an experience to get away from it all, this is the place!"

"I visited this location in May 2026 during the low season. The rooms were very spacious and nice. I did have an issue with the lock on my door that led to the pool area. The staff were EXTREMELY quick to fix the lock within the hour! The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff had plenty of helpful directions for affordable excursions that are very simple to navigate. The owner of the property is VERY sweet, understanding and accommodation. He has the most adorable puppy as well. Will definitely stay again! Thank you so much! ❤️"
