The room is spacious and the breakfast are the best things from this hotel, it is also nos so far from the monorail station and it’s close to the airport, it has convenience stores near by and also a supermarket.

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the buffet breakfast, it just makes things easier or go more smoothly, especially if you have a family. There’s a market nearby that has diapers and baby food, as well as anything else you might need- and it’s open 24/7. All the staff was very nice and hospitable.

Nice enough hotel, lacks ambience .

The hotel is new and clean, however it’s a little soulless. The room has good amenities I found some of the staff to be quite abrupt and unfriendly which is surprising for Naha . The man on reception was great and really helpful with ordering taxi to the airport . Hotel is in a convenient location close to supermarket, train station and beach . it’s new and the decor is nice enough , however I just didn’t feel as comfortable in this hotel as many of the other hotels I’ve stayed in at Naha . Instead of welcoming guests at checkin, your read a list of rules, Aside from that nice enough hotel just not my preference.

It was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. We stayed for three nights and the food was fresh and with a wide variety, slightly different every day. I wish there were more coin loundry machines. There are only two and getting your turn to use one is a lottery ☺️! It was an overall very pleasant stay.

I would prefer more choices of restaurants nearby, or they can provide meals as they do have a restaurant inside. What’s more, I would hope there would be more microwave provided like 5/F, which would be more convenient. However, staffs provide great services to us, including full assistance to park cars and providing everything we need during typhoon days, and the hotel was very safe even under a strong typhoon.
