清潔ではありましたが、翌日のゴミ箱が捨てられてなかった。 アメニティは豊富なほうですが、整髪料まであったら最高でした。 エレベーターしかフロア内を移動する手段がなく、非常階段は外なので移動し辛かったです。 他は問題ありません。
水圧が高いので、蛇口の開きを慎重にしないと水びたしになります。
1台だけ洗濯機が故障してましたが、他に3台空いてたので問題なしです。

エレベーターを降りた瞬間から、フロアがタバコ臭がしました💦 同じ階で禁煙室喫煙室があるのか分かりませんが、もしそうだとしたら階で分けた方がいいと思います。 それと、タオルが少し臭かったかなぁ💦 その他は、駅も近いし(自分は車でしたが)、スタッフさんも良かったし、お部屋も1人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。 朝食は、愛知が少し堪能できるメニューだったので、良かったです✨ アメニティで入浴剤があるのはとても良かったです♪
