"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "One of the nicer properties in Goa, plenty of area for kids to run around, fantastic pool and beach access. The staff hospitality has remained one of the best I have experienced. My only grievance would be with the room - though amply sized, I found the bathrooms to be a tad outdated and in need of repair. Disclaimer - I did not raise this issue with the management as I was more intent on having a good time."
