The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I like the fact that it has a real comforter. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I wished there were more choices of restaurants around the property.

I itially book a room for myself and my wife for the first night and just myself the second night. I extended my solo stay for an additional night and my wife rejoined me for a fourth night. Obviously we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and will continue to stay there in the future.

Excellent hotel in Naga City Cam Sur Philippines

The hotel is affordable and clean. The room is small though but everything inside, including beddings, towels are new. There is no restaurant inside the hotel but there are many places to eat within walking distance. The receptionists and room service crew are extremely helpful. Shuttle service to airport is available and inexpensive. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Naga.

We stayed in the property last year in the same room. This time the place was rundown and the toilet was blocked. We called maintenence everyday to unblock the toilet brcause it wouldnt flush. Last year they provided coffee. This year the were charging 350PHP for two small cups of coffee. We will never stay there again. There are many better hotels in the vacinity at the same price or cheaper.

I only like the shuttle service going to airport.The price is too expensive for no coffee complimentary. The space is very small. Bathroom sink drain is not working properly. Poor construction of bathroom. No restaurant in the property. I will not stay and not recommend this place.
