I have stayed here numerous times... a new manager just took over and she runs this hotel horribly. She no longer allows any upgrades even for long time loyal guests! She has stopped a guest “laundry” service that was very appreciated in the past. Now, as of March 14, 2020, I see they have greatly increased their room prices!! At $24.00 the place was bearable, at $40.00 as it sits now, is a total ripoff!! Terrible food, old worn sheets with no mattress pad, disgusting!! For $40.00 starting price, I’d be looking elsewhere, I know I will!!

Very dangerous place, stinking rooms, smells so bad after exit the lift going to your room, rooms stinks,no toilet papers, or tissue in the room, fire exit doors open so people can enter from the street without pass reception dangerous, inside the room is there warning, do not open the door before you know who is outside, we are I side the hotel crazy

Horrid

There is only side street parking. It is in front of a congested marketplace. The neighborhood does not feel safe. The location does not have nearby restaurants. Try not to get run over if you do plan on looking for a place to eat. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Motel 8 is a 5 star compared to this place. Wifi is extremely week. You need to stay in the hallway of your room to access wifi intermittently.

Excellent staff as they try here to please and all my request were immediately met. Property is old but it’s kept clean enough. It’s a $25.00 a night hotel and it’s good at that price. I stay here several times a year. Breakfast is fair but for free it’s eatable.

The entrance smelled really bad but looked decent enough. The property as a whole was not as nice as expected. I booked 2 family suites and a studio. The family suites were ok. I ended up staying in the studio which was not up to par. I had to look at 4 rooms before I finally settled on one that was acceptable. By acceptable, I mean it had the least amount of black mold in the shower and lime scale on the shower head. Even then the sheets were stained and needed to be changed. But what got me the most was I got double-charged because the website glitches and booked me for the following day even though I made a same day reservation. I went back and forth with Travelocity and Eurotel and neither would offer me a refund, claiming they had to get approval from the other party all the while eating up my minutes on my international travel plan I paid extra for. And I was calling for over an hour and even went to the front desk and called in front of them. Needless to say, I am not staying here or using Travelocity to book accommodations especially when traveling abroad. You definitely get what you pay for. The breakfast was scant and poorly cooked as well. Worst customer service experience of my life!

Really bad cleaning, no toilet paper, no safe working, tv remote control not working, arrogant staff. Stay away from this terrible place. We moved to The Crown Hotel, that hotel was worth the money.

The front desk got our breakfast orders wrong most days during our stay and when ordering room service, the food was underwhelming and overpriced for the quality. Some of the staff were very attentive and courteous, but other staff members appeared to not care at all about service. It was a reasonable place to stay due to short notice, but it would not be my first choice coming back to Naga.

Disappointingly not clean!

It definitely can't be the #1 business hotel in Naga as advertised. I had roaches scatter each time I entered the room & even after spraying the room with an insecticide, they were still coming out of the woodwork. Bathroom mold, tarnished mirrors, non-matching headboards, poorly painted walls, uncleaned shower glass, a broken toilet seat & an a/c cover that kept coming off all made for a disgusting stay at this hotel.

Well located. Awesome service. The Staff here are always ready to address any issues that may arise. Always smiling and professional. The policies have changed since my visit a year have changed and are not customer friendly.

The hotel is nicely located. The Staff is awesome. The policies have changed from my last visit and are not customer friendly. The staff does their best to cope with them. May think twice before I stay here again. The service is great as I mentioned before.

Nasty place stay away

This place is nasty ..I cant beleve how they in business ..every where u go smell like mold rooms r dirty ...call the front desk for help told the issue the girl who answer the phone told me why only forigners have proplam ...if u travelling with kids please stay away from this place ...bugs in the room hall way my god I even seen in the elevator ....no hand towel no floor mats ...look at the other reviews too

The hotel room rate was cheap for that kind of experience. We had a spacious room, clean toilet, city view but it would be helpful to have a darker shades of curtain as it got so "silaw" during daytime and it is so hard to rest. Aside from "silaw", the room was so warm during mid day maybe because the room window is full glass. Since there is no air-condition control available, one cannot adjust it during the night and the day. Buffet breakfast is okay. Staff are accommodating. Hotel is clean. Location is the heart of the city.
