My stay was great.. loved the fact that there was indoor and out door pools. And only 15 steps to the beach from my room which was directly connected to the pool.. staff was great and handled any issues we had rapidly.. all together it was a great stay.. and ill definitely be back there on my next trip home ...thanks for everything.

When I went to book this hotel, there was a lot of bad reviews while I’m here to tell you that they’re all wrong. It was a great place to stay close to the beach and places to eat the hotel. Staff was great. I will be back again.

you get what you pay for it was an amazing experience right on the beach the staff was amazing I’d rate a 10 out of 10 dont let other reviews steer you away it is cheap for a reason but it was wonderful for me and my bf the parking was not bad at all there is a giant garage and a second lot if needed

Room was nice and view was good. Not a relaxing area right outside the pool where people were swimming late. Holiday weekend so it expected. Staff were very accommodating and polite. Think the $50 cleaning fee on top of 25 dollars was almost as much as the room was for my 5 lb fur baby was a little excessive but get it . Great for families. One night pit stop for my road trip got to see Myrtle Beach for the first time. Back to New York.

Just stayed 4 days the room was clean the view was fantastic and you're able to go next door to Ocean plaza and use the pool I would stay there again also security on site at night which makes you feel safe 😉

Overall, I had a good experience staying at the Polynesian. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is giving the hotel a little renovation and updating some of the facilities, as they could use a more modern touch. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

There were a lot of areas with sitting water, with some puddles too deep to walk through. The vending machines only worked half the time. The halls look wore down, could use an overall paint job. The staff is nice and my room was immaculately clean. The door could be a little more secure though.

Clean room, staff were very helpful and sweet, outdoor pool was clean, the only thing was that we didn’t realize we were in a different building and went to the other building and had to use the elevator and when we got to the 5th floor we looked for our room. We asked staff where our room was and was told we had to go to the other building. We then down the very small elevator and go back down and then send the elevator back up for my partner to come down. It was hot and we were not too happy about that. Other than that the place was great
