Loved it!

This is the best budget for the hotel we have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach. The front desk pass was awesome and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job of this hotel clean. this is going to be a go to hotel.!!

Basic, safe property in the thick of beach activity. Property is adequate and close to the beach and amusement park, restaurants. Huge swimming pool stays open late. Be careful of what they call "ocean view". No breakfast in the AM and no room cleanup, have to ask for towels daily etc. Plenty of parking good location.

Theres good and bad.

The hotel was not what we expected. Chipped paint throughout the building, the elevator kept getting stuck, someone urinated in the elevator (visible puddle) and smelled of urine. The hotel did have a good pool and an easy access to the beach. Overall the hotel room was clean and bedding was clean, without any smells. The view from the oceanfront room was amazing.

I am very disappointed in my stay at the Ocean Crest Inn located in South Myrtle Beach . Not only were the pictures misleading looking nothing like it does online . It has Rust , Mold , Roaches , Broken Doors , Stains on bedding and towels and that’s just the half . The staff was amazing ! But the room experience was awful

This property is poorly maintained and not anything like the pictures shown. The staff is friendly enough but you can tell they are very under supported. Also know the difference between ocean view and ocean front when booking. The first room I was in was scary! You get what you paid for though. The pool is amazing and the beach as well. They were the saving grace!

Rooms: Dirty bathrooms with mildew/mold n the tub and the cover on the toilet tank didn't fit properly. The sheets and beds were clean, and the views were great. The whole place looked very run down, at $115 for one night it was ok, but any longer, and would have gone somewhere else. Safety: Elevators: one was down for maintenance, and the other was SO worn Out it was getting stuck. Saw one couple get stuck on the ground floor, the doors would only partially open then close they pushed the button for the next floor up and the doors luckily opened so they could get off, So we decided it was best to take the stairs

The property is run down and not being kept up. People were blasting music at the pool. We were only given two towels,no floor towel or hand towels, we had to ask for more. The room was clean, though sparsely furnished- no chair, no pictures on the wall. However, if you're on a budget, the pool and the location are great. If you can afford better, do get better!

Property could definitely use an upgrade. Elevator kept breaking down and sounded horrible. There was a big step up in the room from the balcony that looked like they just kept piling new flooring on top of others. The pool was nice though and the view was good. The lady at check in was super sweet. Didn’t see any bugs and we had what we needed so can’t complain.
