Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Disgusting & horrible customer service

Don’t book! See rooms before paying because owner will not refund even though rooms are NASTY! I took pictures. Black gunk on walls. 30 cigarette burns on furniture. Stinks! Pubic hair on toilet. Black stuff smeared on toilet. Owner wanted to charge me an extra for sales tax. He should be fined. Aparently he had just bought this property, but he needs to fix the place first before charged Hilton pricing on a motel budget.
