Not well maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall is good but this rental is not being maintained. From rust pooring on our food when we start the over fan to the bathroom fan not working. Seems that the ownwr doesnt want to put any maintenance effort... we will change rental next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice kitchen and shared living room, but extremely old bathroom and literally 2-3 minutes of hot water. The house only has a 12G water tank for 3 bedrooms—it's absurd. We had to organize who could bathe and when, turning the water on and off sporadically. Our toddler had the hardest time because she did not have warm baths at night.

Only complaint is the stove. No cooking a Thanksgiving turkey in this stove, it's super small.
