Save your money this is not a suite nor luxury

No way to directly contact the property management. Had to contact hotels.com directly who finally was able to find a contact number in which the cleaning lady handed me a key said nothing and walked away. The place itself is an outdated and worn down apartment with bed mattress that are bent and incredibly uncomfortable. This is an apartment complex with loud neighbors, wifi that does not hardly work, and weathered furniture and bedding. Very unpleasant stay.

Great location with short walk to beach and restaurants, and nice pool. Also very roomy for a family to stay. However there is no breakfast, and parking is a bit tricky.

Abbiamo atteso per oltre un'ora per capire quale fosse l'alloggio a ns disposizione. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i bagaglio all'aperto. Avevamo prenotato una villa con 2 bagni (che era in overbooking) e per l'ultima delle 4 notti siamo stati sistemati in questa "suite" con 1 solo bagno di 1.5m x 1.5m. + 4 posti letto in sala da pranzo + lo scuro della porta fine4stra divelto e non chiudibile + sacchi di biancheria sporca, tavolo dismesso, scala per lavori, pattumi vari in terra, il tutto lasciato nel nostro "giardino". Federa del cuscino sporca. Attendo riscontro e sono disposta ad allegare foto di quanto sopra esposto

I have to say that the manager Maria is great and very accommodating! The staff is very nice. The location of this hotel is perfect, water taxi and bus very close to move around. Ornos beach is very close and there are many restaurant right along the beach. With that said I would not book this hotel again. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. They don’t include transfer, unless you pay and no breakfast. There is no reception and no phone in the room. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Overall not happy. I wanted to leave the minute I arrived but stayed because of Maria and the very nice staff. It could be awesome if they made some changes like upgrade the rooms and cleaned under the beds.

Great stay!! Location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to Ornos Beach. For our trips outside of walking distance, the manager, Maria, helped connect us with a personal driver who was available for pickups 24/7. The suite was extremely clean and comfortably fit our group of 7. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay a bit outside of the main area of Mykonos Town for a great price and still a great location.

Emplacement idéal (pour nos besoins) La résidence devrait être remise à neuf, usure remarquée un peu partout (chaises longues, douche, matelas, lits, fauteuils, TV, équipements cuisine,...) Niveau propreté, quelques problèmes d'organisation et d'engagement. Le prestataire semblait plutot porté sur le service minimum obligatoire, sans plus. Le tout estompé par le cadre très charmant de la résidence qui atténue les "défauts".

A du potentiel mal exploité

Apres une arrivée plus que bof (transfert, appartement...) nous avons été surclassé et beaucoup mieux. Debut de saison donc pas encore bien en place...il manque un bon intendant pour réparer clim, lave vaiselle, lave linge, faire l'inventaire... mal entretenu dommage car tres beau appartement et bien placé.

Could use a update and cleaning

Calling them luxury suites is a stretch. In their day, they were probably quite nice, but feeling old and dated now. Details such as cleanliness (black mold lots of places, a huge slug inside that didn't just ooze there in the time since the last cleaning) and some updates - like the dishwasher that didn't open or old sagging bed would give a better feel. In terms of the area, very close to the beach. We counted 130 steps. But you can't see the beach or water from the unit. We were there off season, so can't say always this way, but wen we were there, a very quiet beach with easy seating at the restaurants or for a place on the beach. The Ornos town close by, was just a short walk, but on a busy road with no sidewalks. The Mykonos town requires a taxi or car. Was super cute. Overall, we would not stay here again or recommend to our friends,but we did love the island.

close proximity to beach restaurants, shops.

We came at the end of the season October, although the weather was still pleasant shops, restaurants were closing for the season - buses and boats and tourist attractions were limited 'skeletal service'. The island / cost of living dining and taxi's can be expensive especially if you have a large family but the supermarkets those that are open are well stocked. There is a local bakery that provide fabulous cakes, fresh bread and very pleasant staff. The beach is in walking distance from the villa, a small coved beach very picturesque and tranquil. The Island, is beautiful, the sunsets at Mykonos windmills are amazing and would definitely recommend a visit.

Great apartments, close to the beach & amenities

Very good standard accommodation within a few minutes walk of the beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Lovely pool. Plenty of chairs. Very helpful host and cleaning lady. Nothing was too much trouble. Good daily servicing, they will do as much or little as you want/need. Note there is only one bedroom, the other beds are in the living area.

Horrible

First of all there is no reception upon arrival. We have to call the number we had and then waited for a man to come and give us the keys for our house. We stayed for 3 nights. No one cleaned the house during our stay. If we needed anything we had no one to ask and no one to help. Neighbours from other houses would be shouting and putting very loud music while we wanted to sleep. At 5 in the morning you would have people talking infront of our window and you would feel they are in the house with you. We were a family of 4, we dis not enjoy our stay at all and would never go to GT suites ever again if they were the only place we can stay in in mykonos. Very bad experience.

One incredible stay we will never forget!!!

We stayed at GT Suites for five days at Ornos Beach and it was an extremely positive experience. We are frequent global travellers and this was one of the most picturesque places we have ever stayed. We must have taken 500 pictures among the five of us. We had an incredible pool view and a baloncy from where we enjoyed some dinners. The service of Maria, the manager, beat the scale, she was incredibly kind beyond her duties when we needed extra help. The rooms were spacious and very clean with even more amnities than we needed, dishwasher, wash machine, two TVs, etc. Location is only 50 meters to a fantastic sandy beach, child friendly, with lots of restaurants serving fresh seafood etc. And 50 meters to a discount supermarket and super nice bakery. A really good value for money must-try experience.
