Atendimento excelente

Fomos bem atendidos na recepção. Nos transferiram de hotel pois tiveram problema de manutenção no banheiro. O hotel oferecido era próximo e nos deram upgrade (café da manhã). Tudo foi bastante rápido e eficiente. A atendente nos levou pessoalmente até o outro hotel e não houve burocracia nenhuma no check in do outro hotel (Elena).

Modern clean hotel. Friendly staff

Lovely clean modern hotel. I stayed here for one night before travelling to somewhere else in Mykonos. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet but in a good location for exploring Mykonos Town. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern central hotel rooms

This is a modern hotel with rooms only . Great if you want to be in the centre of everything and use a beach instead of a pool . Good value for Mykonos which is very expensive . Lovely staff and contrary to Expedia description there is a reception desk which is staffed plus ask about the free airport transfer ! I’ll stay again

Small, but modern Boutique hotel

Upon first impression I felt that the hotel room was very small for the price I paid, this is in comparison to a similar hotel I had stayed in only days prior in the area. The room was however modern, clean and tidy. The bathroom lacked ample space to put your toiletries and barely any room to put your suitcase. I did question the images on the website which made the room appear to be bigger than it was. To it's credit the staff were extremely friendly and they also offered a free taxi service to the airport at the end of my stay.

Very good experience

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Really very good experience. Also is in the town of Mykonos, near the market and restaurants. The room was cleaned and changed the towells and bedship everyday. I really recommend if anybody want to go to Mykonos, not expensive and great experience. The people near the hotel (market) is remarkable in the helpfulness and kidness as well.

Hotel con staff molto disponibile e gentile, il quale si è adoperato per risolvere un problema di prenotazione poichè la camera assegnataci non era quella prenotata. A parte questo piccolo episodio unica nota negativa il check in un pó in ritardo! Le camere sono pulitissime, uno degli hotel più puliti da quando viaggio! La posizione ottima, al centro ma fuori dalla confusione!

It is a fraud, do not book

It is a fraud, do not book this hotel. When we arrived, nobody at the reception. We called them, 10 min after a lady arrived. She explained us that the hotel do overbooking and that the room that we booked and paid for 2 months before is not available. She proposed to take us to another place which was disgusting, small and inacceptable. I think it is a fraud that they use a lot, and some clients might accept that. I would like to get full refund, and once again do not book this place.

Save your money and stay away from this hotel

Room 4 The worst night ever in an hôtel. There is nobody at te reception. I ve asked a single room and I ve received a room with 3 single beds. Particularly unconfortable matresses. So noisy that you don t need to go to a club: it seems that the club is inside your room. the wifi is so slow that it took 3h to receive a picture through whatsapp... Bathroom without soap or shampoo and not very clean. I ve been asked to use just one bed cause the cleaning lady didn t want to clean after my stay. So expensive for all this mess: dont waist your money!
