This hotel is absolutely outstanding. The staff are amazing, so incredibly helpful and kind. Anatasia looked after us when we checked in; she is a credit to this hotel, she was so warm and welcoming. She also gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit, which we did. Honestly, this was some of the best service we have experienced in all our travels! The accommodation was beautiful, clean and of a very high standard. The communal areas are just fabulous, spotlessly clean. The pools and hot tub were great. The breakfast is incredible, quite a lot of food which set us up for the whole day, all truly delicious with a large menu selection to choose from. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, and the food was so good that we actually had dinner there 3 nights out of the 4 that we stayed! We just loved it, especially Saleem who looked after us a number of times - he is an absolute star. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning. This deserves a 10 out of 10 score and thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

This is the best place to stay in Mykonos. Lovely hotel with an amazing staff. Lia took such great care of us day in and day out. The breakfast was fantastic. The views and location are beautiful. I couldn’t have more nice things to say about my stay. Incredible hotel for great value!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at LYO Hotels! From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Anastasia and Anastasia, were incredibly attentive and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations, promptly addressing any requests, and always greeting me with a warm smile. The hotel itself is comfortable, stylish, and well-maintained. Thanks to the outstanding professionalism and genuine care of the team, the cleaning staff are very friendly and always smiling (she was so sweet) - my stay felt personalized and truly memorable.

Everything was good, but my husband got food poisoning at one of the restaurants. We asked for a late check-out because he had a temperature and felt unwell, but the hotel said we could stay if we paid €70. I’ve never had something like this happen before - we travel a lot. I wasn’t happy about that. Generally, the hotel was clean. If you don’t have kids, this is for you.

The views from the property are amazing looking out to the water, close proximity to a nice beach and beach clubs. Staff were amazing and helpful. The food was amazing also and everything else just exceeded our expectations!! Will definitely stay there again.
