Everything was clean and staff was friendly. They were having an issue with their Wi-Fi service while we were there, so I was unable to connect my devices to the internet; they indicated they were working on the problem, but it wasn't resolved before we left (2 day stay). The breakfast had all of the usual items, and appeared to be well-stocked each day.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. Customer service was top notch. Breakfast had a nice selection of items though the eggs were bland and watery in my opinion. The only real issues were that the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken all week and one side of the bedside outlet was not working. With the amount of electronics used these days, an additional outlet would have been useful.
