"Amazing place to stay, and extremely friendly staff. We originally couldn’t find the hotel and a staff member came to get us at a local shop, escorted us and carried our bags to our room. They even met with us at our room for checkout to carry our luggage back up and offered to carry them all the way to the bus stop. 10/10 service!! Only note make sure you shower early or at night as the water may temporarily stop during high usage times though they’re super accommodating for this also. They gave us 20 extra minutes to leave the room so we could finish getting ready! Sunset was amazing and the food down at the bay was phenomenal!"

"I loved every moment of my stay here. Highly recommended and this place has a million dollar view. Nice and quite area. Room was perfect for 2 of us. I ordered roses and cakes for my wifes birthday and it was there before we checked in. They made our stay very special. This will be my fixed address whenever we visit Santorini."

"The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."
