very friendly, calm, beautifully designed hotel. the room was very tastefully decorated with lovely personal touches. comfortable bed, quiet area, nice staff, very pretty hotel area. we would have loved to stay more nights and try the breakfast.
The Hotel is very stylish and attention to detail is found everywhere through out the place. From fresh roses on every breakfast table and in the room is only one of those little things that show me that the hotel is run with great thoughtfulness.
The two ladies at the front desk are extremely nice, helpful and everything is refreshingly uncomplicated.
A highlight is the breakfast room - open and bright with windows opening up to the beautiful garden, which seems to almost wrap around the whole property.
The breakfast itself is fantastic and what I personally like a lot is that there is no long line at the breakfast buffet, no congestion - completely stress free and relaxed unlike some other hotels I have been to...
We spent a weekend in Munich to enjoy the City but also to come back to this beautiful little hotel !
It is a true gem!
the option of having a restaurant style kitchen on the first floor was of great convenience. building layout was simple and cozy. location is also not too far from bus and train stations that feed into the heart of the city.

Lovely restaurant and delicious breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
Hotel stay was very nice overall -with food and staff excellent. Though it was a little warm at night(in mid-June) -the fan provided did help. We would recommend a room away from the front of hotel as this road seemed busy enough to us from ~5am (especially with all windows open). Hotel is located in west Munich but once you get used to the public transport (Obermenzing S-bahn station is only about 10 mins walk) it's easy to get around. The 162 bus stop is very close to the hotel and this can take you to Moosach bahnhof -where you can connect to the S1 bahn for the airport.
