Location was 5 ⭐️ very close to walk to Marienplatz and Octoberfest. Front Desk was not helpful at all. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. A little noisy at night if your room faces the street.

The staff were very nice and friendly! However, the bed and pillows felt very old. You could feel all of the bed springs, and the pillows lacked filling. There’s also no air conditioning, so just be mindful of that!
The staff was very helpful and friendly! Property was clean and a short walk to transportation and not far for many main sites either. Breakfast was delicious! Room was quiet and clean with a nice calming balcony too! Only thing that would have been nice to have was a fridge and though we didn’t have ac the small fan provided along with cracking windows worked just fine.
A basic hotel in a VERY convenient area for transportation. Cannot praise the staff enough. Checked in late and the building was full for Oktoberfest. The staff went and found the last available extra pillow for us and brought it at 11pm. The drain was clogged and immediately fixed after bringing it to their attention. They even held our luggage for a whole day after checkout, despite a full luggage room! Every interaction with the staff was delightful. The only improvement would be more comfortable mattresses. Ours felt very springy.
Just a basic small room. That was clean and easily accessible to what were needed to go. No air conditioning so had to leave windows open all night and it was very noisy due to businesses on the street below.
Very kind and helpful staff, very centrally located but on a quiet road in downtown Munich. Nice walk or quick taxi/train to great museums. Minimal amenities but we didn’t need much anyways. There is breakfast available as well. Would come back!
Facility was clean. Parking was an issue. And no A/C during summer heat.

Pros:
1) Very reasonably priced, including breakfast
2) Central location within walking distance to old town
3) Breakfast buffet next door is excellent (Prinzip)
Cons:
1) Space is tight; could use an additional chair or two
2) Shower stall is small and prone to water leakage
3) Noisy at night due to popular restaurants nearby

The room itself was clean and basic which was fine for me. However, amenities such as glasses for drinks were missing, in the hot weather that was disappointing. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful and staff very helpful. Well situated to the old town just minutes walk away. The biggest downside was I had a room on the front of the hotel which was very noisy at night. Additionally it was stifling at night with no air conditioning which combined with the noise made my sleep very uncomfortable.

Close to metro and restaurants. very serviceminded, but no AC and only two channel at TV.
Everyone was wonderful and it’s not their fault there’s a heatwave but there was only one small fan and since the room was so hot we had to leave the windows open. There were people talking and/or working late at night and very early in the morning. The garbage and other trucks were so loud. I don’t even think I got 2 hours sleep. The place was nice/clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was filling and the staff was terrific. Our room was cleaned regularly, and the staff replaced the towels daily. The floor could have been vacuumed as there was a bit of dust. But everything else was well done. The bedding was comfortable. The pillows were good. One was on the cusp of being too flat. The comforter was top-notch. Magnets or weights in the shower curtain would have been helpful as the curtain drifted in as you showered and kept sticking to me. The front desk staff was super helpful. No AC but the evenings cooled down well enough to enjoy. There is a nearby nightclub that was noisy until 4 am on Friday and Saturday. My loop earplugs handled the noise. The hotel was extremely convenient to transportation, a park, medical facilities, and restaurants.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by late-night noise. From around 11.30pm, very loud music was clearly audible in our room and prevented us from sleeping. The music continued into the early hours.
I went downstairs and spoke to reception, who confirmed that the music was coming from a venue within the hotel, which the receptionist referred to as a club. We were not aware when booking that there was a club within the hotel or that this level of late-night noise could be expected.
This was particularly disappointing as the hotel specifically advertises its “quiet location on a side street” and describes itself as a “comfortable, quiet place to stay”. Had we known music from a club within the hotel could be heard in our room into the early hours, we would not have booked.
I also emailed the hotel that night to raise the issue but received no response, despite using an email address they had previously been very responsive to.
The staff at check-in were very helpful and the room was otherwise clean, although the decor was very dated and the carpet old and stained.
Overall, the noise and lack of response were very disappointing and did not reflect the quiet stay advertised.
