Hotel is in a good Location. In desperate need of renovation. Beds are old, uncomfortable and make loud noise every time you move. Toilet ran every couple of minutes for the length of our stay. It’s very clean but smells like dust and has had smokers smoking in there in the past. Staff was very pleasant.

Pleasant stay, freindly helpful staff. Lift button on floor 4 a bit erratic, had to use stairs as did not work a few times. The hot food for breakfast was just luke warm. Apart from that all fine.

This hotel is wildly overpriced. It's not in a particularly great part of town. The amenities are lacking. The room is very dated and not particularly clean. The staff were relatively inattentive.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage, gute Zufshrr mit Parkgarage. Vom Upgrade haben wie kurz vor der Abreise erfahren. Die Zimmer sind überholungsbedürftig. Zur Gutmachung der Mängel wurden die Garagenkosten nicht verrechnet. Ansonsten wenig kompetentes Personal.

The hotel is great for families. We were given a suite. Facilities are excellent, cleanliness is superb. Right on the metro exit, offers get flexibility. Only a 1 negative - We had asked for a queen bed but were given a set with 2 single beds joined - It was a bit of discomfort. Overall a great stay.
