Our apartment was clean and spacious, but dated. Wallpaper was ripped in multiple places, bathroom doors have water damage, safe was broken. Reception staff was always polite and helpful. This hotel is close to the center, but not the best neighborhood to stay with a family. There are casinos and a strip club on the block.

The room was quite dirty and outdated. The bed was very sunken in. The neighborhood is also quite bad, bunch of strip clubs on the whole street. Breakfast was fine for being included, the scrambled eggs were VERY bad. Staff was nice and helpful though

Very nice, comfortable hotel stay

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the best was having air conditioning during very warm Munich nights. Unfortunately the breakfast room had poor air circulation and no AC, but breakfast was only a small part of my day.

If you’re looking to go to Oktoberfest and want a simple place to stay, this is everything that you need. It was close to the train station and other public transportation, also very walkable to other sights.

Good value for the money. Had nice cold A/C and a refrigerator in the room which more expensive hotels didn't have. Room had some wear, but bedding was clean and it was quiet at night. Staff was friendly and courteous. Close to the train station so it was convenient, but not really the best neighborhood to walk around for dining or entertainment. Good budget option.

Nice, but bring your ovn kitchen ware.

The bed were great. It is close to all kind of food stores. The kitchen missed things to actually make a meal. Eg a knife, a bowl, plates that could contain mere than a roll. We asked the reception and the answer was that there might have been a knife, but somebody took and that was not their problem.

The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Our room was large and well laid out in addition to very clean and comfortable. It was great to be a 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station for a 5am train departure.

Really wonderful value for your money! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and have no complaints. Good location, good price, delicious breakfast. Walkable to most of Munich’s sights. I stayed in a twin bed room, so this was perfect for a solo traveler. Thank you!!

The stay was fine for the price. But the staff came twice knocking on my door, by mistake. And they didnt even apologise for the disturbance. The breakfast was very good for the price and kitchen staff friendly!
