Nice place for one night

Okay place to stay for a night. Paid a premium due to it being during Oktoberfest, but it was close to the U, which is what we wanted! Place was clean and sufficient for our needs! Would stay again if going to Oktoberfest.

Property not as described in listing. Difficult locating property, limited hours for check-in, and maintenance, plumbing and electrical issues in our room. Although the property is inexpensive and convenient to the city, we checked out early due to the conditions of our room.
