We were placed in a very nice room with a balcony. However, we were not expecting the extra flight of stairs and that was not explained when we checked in. We enjoyed the closeness to the HBF.

Hotel was close to the train station and Karlsplatz so convenient to get around. The restaurant was closed for two weeks due to the Easter holiday. We asked for our two drink coupon to be used for still water and were given sparkling water. Airport shuttle consists of them calling a taxi. The room facing the inner courtyard was comfortable and quiet.
