"Great place to stay if you plan to be out all day. Staff are wonderful & so friendly.
Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the single rooms. Luckily I had the family suite which had one.
Worth noting that the juggalos are completely dark with minimal electrical lights, no windows. Just a shutter but if you open that all the cold air leaves the room. And trust me, it’s very steamy in Jan so you’ll want the aircon on. This also means that you hear every noise too and there’s quite a lot of...

"Yes its a beautiful location and beautifully designed villa. Its very uncomfortable to stay due to too many employees. Essentially we stay in bedrooms that are arms distance apart looking into another’s room all glass- I felt constantly exposed even tho curtains who wants to be shut off to the beauty, its jus a cheap plan. Employees all over feels no privacy or intamacy, contanstantly cooking n didn’t feel as if my place to do as i wish- which was what i was lookin for, business trip i look for...

"This place was wonderful. My sink was clogged in my room, but I told the front desk they moved me immediately to a different room and all was good. I’m not allowing this little hiccup to ruin my stay or experience. Stay was amazing. This hotel, all the amenities everything was lovely. Highly recommend"
"Beautiful resort, but not quite the value or service level we expected
We stayed at Conrad Bali for the final part of our honeymoon. The hotel, grounds, pools, restaurants and overall setting are genuinely stunning, and visually it was one of the most impressive places we stayed in Bali/Lombok.
Our standard room was comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and we particularly loved the quieter smaller pool. We had not expected quite so many families and children, but this did not significantly affect our stay.
Breakfast had a good selection, and most of the food was very good. The Japanese and Indonesian restaurants were outstanding. However, the hotel was full, so restaurant bookings were needed, which made things feel less spontaneous. We were also disappointed with the seafood restaurant on our final night.
The main downside was value and service. Conrad was significantly more expensive than elsewhere we stayed in Bali/Lombok. While the setting and facilities partly justify that, food and drink felt very expensive by Bali standards. Service was pleasant but often slow, impersonal and more arduous than expected for this level of hotel.
Nusa Dua is convenient for an easy resort stay, but there is limited local atmosphere beyond resorts and Bali Collection. Overall, Conrad Bali is beautiful, but for us it did not offer the same warmth, value or personal service as other places we stayed. We enjoyed it, but probably would not return."
"staff were really friendly and welcoming. Better for younger families I would say. Breakfast was fantastic. Nice selection of activities for young children. Only down side is this is a pretty noisy hotel in the evening. Often families coming back around late and we had a room next to us that was obviously a joining room for another family but they were very loud and it almost felt like they were in the same room. We really enjoyed our stay but it was a little noisy at night. If you want a peaceful relaxing evening and have older children I would recommend a villa stay instead."
"Staff were great and helpful. Shuttle was super handy as well, trust me you won’t miss it. It’s like a safari truck and bright orange. Place was kinda dirty but okay. Area had some nice restaurants near by. Other than that, not much happening. Good stay for over night transit or something."
"We were upgraded to the Ayodya Palace and had an interconnected rooms for our young children. The check-in staffs were very friendly and welcoming. We were provided with fresh cold towels and drinks. The rooms came with free straw hats, snacks and fruits. They also had SmartTV in each rooms. Housekeeping were fast to our requests and issues we encountered during our stay. They also provided slippers for our room, but it was a bit small for our feet. Our rooms also came with free breakfast buffet. The buffet had a pretty good selection of local, western and eastern cuisines. We really enjoyed them. The resort had a private beach only accessible by guests though we find the waves to be a bit choppy and rough for our kids. The ocean water here were not calm and clear as I was led to believe. I hardly saw anyone snorkeling here and didn't think it was suited for one either. They provided free bikes and helmets. My 7 year old was able to ride the kid bike but it's a big too big for my 4 year old. I did put her on the "baby" seat and it worked fine. We took the bikes to the WaterBlow attraction nearby. The adult activities were almost non-existent. I didn't see anyone playing beach soccer or any of the scheduled activities. Kids clubs: It's mostly just a few adults watching your kids, not doing much. They just end up playing PS5 or watching TV most of the time. Not great, but it's free for you to get some downtime., SPA here was really reasonable and great. Highly recommend it."
