"The property details advertised are not accurate. It’s on the fourth floor and no lifts. There is no car access to the street where the property is. A full payment was taken in advance. The host never replied to any messages.In spite of repeated confirmations by Vrbo of the property booking, when I turned up at the property it was not available and was occupied. No information was given to me in advance."

The construction noise was loud until late at night. Small children were making noise outside until late at night."
