"The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from the Gateway of India and the Taj Hotels. It is on a quiet road and appeared to be a nice safe area. "It was my second time staying at The Leela and I loved every second of it! A beautiful hotel with lovely staff and a great Spa! Couple of improvements I'd suggest is the rooms are looking a little tired - lovely, nonetheless, but could do with a little freshness. The other thing would be for the breakfast staff to be a little more proactive - clearing used crockery etc Minor changes, but I would definitely stay here again!"

The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat.
