"This is a very welcoming, well located hotel with very clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel staff, without exception, were always warm, polite and extremely helpful, going out of their way to meet any requests. We were always met with a smile and given the impression that nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within easy walking distance of great places to eat and a calm oasis in a vibrant, bustling city. We hope to return soon! Thank you to all the staff!"

"Great service, great location. The ac in my room did stopped working on the second night hut they were quick to send a maintenance to work on it, but since they couldn't fix it they moved us to another room quickly. The breakfast was overall basic continental, wish they could make it a little more mexican style well since we're in Mexico. Over all, great service, staff was helpful, clean facilities, location is great, just couple blocks from the Angel de la Independencia and Zona rosa. Lots restaurants near by. The rooftop pool and lounge is really nice, get some nice views of the city. I will stay here again, definitely recommend."

"Location is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The terrace was very pleasant and having breakfast there was a great morning moment. I would definitely come back. My only 2 complaints were that the windows face the alley and it can get really loud when people passes by. Also, the room has a lot of light at night (I know many people appreciate this but I like full blackout and we couldn’t find the switch to those lights)."

"The A/C was amazing, on a particularly hot day in Mexico City. The staff is great, attentive and helpful. It just so happened that at the time there had been an earth quake in Oaxaca and there were aftershocks soon after. The power went out in the building and as a result the internet was shaky as well. I had an important meeting the following day and mentioned my concerns to the front desk. Without batting an eye, the lovely human at the front desk made arrangements to ensure I would have "
