"Very nice, very quiet property. The entrance is not very conspicuous for first timers. When we were there, there was some construction going on, so it was understandable that some areas were not as clean. However, this also affected the path to the in-house restaurant making the approach unpleasant and little things like these are not very difficult to manage even with the construction going on, and it was a bit of a surprise. Rooms and facilities were excellent otherwise, food was good, staff...

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, luxurious and perfectly located by Vembanad Lake. Everything is of excellent quality, the rooms are very comfortable, and we particularly loved the swimming pool, the lovely pond with lotus flowers and the terrace, where we could practise yoga. The team were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating. Even though we arrived late without prior notice, they kindly arranged a light dinner for us. They also helped organise taxis and made us...

"I had an excellent massage and we liked the novelty of canoeing down to the beach. The front of house staff were excellent however the restaurant was less so."

"Had a very comfortable stay. Excellent property and well maintained. The staff was outstanding and made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"The place is an eye candy!"

"Needs maintenance, looks run down. Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones. Buffet meals lacks quality. Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on. The shower attachments need maintenace. Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box. Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up."

"Der var helt fantastisk at slutte vores ferie af på det her hotel. Alt var perfekt, og servicen var i topklasse. Jeg glæder mig til at komme igen!"

"The staff is the real charm. Very helpful. The mattress are too soft. I think hotel can improve this. Over all we had great time. The beach is very near to the cottages, you have to wallk like 100 meters to reach. Internet was slow. Badminton rackets are in bad condition. Cycles are not there, which we read that they would be there."

"Good place with family."

"The hotel is very nice but the internet is very, very, very bad"
