So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

"Katia was an absolute gem! She took care of us very well, very well. The room was perfectly located in the center of historic Florence with the Accademia within 5 minutes walk and the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. within 10 minutes walk. Numerous shops & restaurants nearby, as well. The shared bathroom was small but adequate. It was Katia that made all the difference. She is so kind and attentive to her guests."

"Pros: Alles was goed voorbereid en ruim aanwezig. Keuken/kook benodigdheden, shampoos, fles wijn, fruitmandje met bananen en appels. Pro-actief en vriendelijk optreden van de host; zo werd verwarming aangezet bij minder goed weer. Cons: Niet van toepassing. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad."
