"Great room & staff, the in room full size hot tub was amazing and well worth the money"

"The hotel was beautiful. However we stayed for 4 days and never got room service.My husband went to front desk to get 2 towels and they could only give us one. Waste baskets were full and running over. Lighting was poor in the room and bathtub was very difficult for me to get in and out of.Pool was so far away we had to drive to get to it. So if you love long walks it would be perfect for you. Food and drinks were VERY expensive."

"This place is FOUL! They woke us up at 8 am by installing support beams right outside our window!! That makes sense as to why the guy told me they don’t rent out the upstairs. Probably unsafe! It stinks so bad, Im so glad we had febreeze! I didn’t even want to touch the tv remote so I used a wet wipe. It’s gross!!! Hands down do NOT recommend!"

"The cabin is very nicely setup with everything you need for a couple of nights in the woods. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Logan and close to the Hocking Hills state park for some day hiking among the waterfalls and cliffs."

"Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. However, water was FULL of RUST. Also, breakfast was stale and minimal."

"The hotel looks okay until you get into the room. There were only beds and one bedside table with a lamp on top — no table or chair at all. There was nowhere to put clothes when getting ready for bed except on the floor or on top of the suitcase. There were no hooks on the walls either. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was included, but the eggs were tasteless, the coffee was cold, and the pastries seemed old. We also could not use the restaurant for dinner because too many outside guests came there. Nobody advised us to make a reservation when we checked in. Parking was also very limited. Many cars from outside guests filled the parking lot, and those of us actually staying at the hotel had to park on the street. Overall, the stay was not very good — just very average."

"Yes hot tub was great! Had everything we needed. I am still not sure how the lock worked on the door. I didn’t see any instructions with the lock in my email?"

"When checking in the man at the front desk very clearly had anger issues and kept muttering and swearing under his breath. He also asked me 3 to 4 times if I was alone, and as a woman teaveling by myself I was extremely uncomfortable. I reported him in the morning when checking out, and the woman I spoke to just made excuses about how rough his night was."
