Modern clean rooms, shower amazing! Great value, quick responses to any query’s. The gym was good and sauna too. WiFi and smart tv great to watch at night. Would stay again next time in Malta!
Highly recommended. I enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable few days at Hotel Isabella ahead of the Rolex Middle Sea Race. My room was on the ground floor and was modern, spacious and efficient; designed for a traveler. On the ground floor of the hotel is a charming coffee bar staffed by a friendly team. Breakfast and lunch options and great coffee. The team communicated well ahead, during and after my stay
Friendly staff, a nice Cafe on the ground floor and everything you need in the room. The gym is brilliant!
Everything was to our comfort. Communication with staff easy via WhatsApp.
Therefore 5 well deserved stars.
Brand new hotel. Very spacious. Great customer service. Great location. Very modern furnishings. Comfortable big bed. Amazing shower. Great cafeteria downstairs.
Friendly instructions before the trip, reception closed when we arrived, but keybox worked fine. Spacious, clean, quiet room, good bed and wifi. Area with different bus lines, supermarket, walkable to lots of restaurants at water front. Cafė in house, but we did not use it. We used coffe/tea maker and fridge in the room.
Minus points for cold room and floor, the air conditioning did not help much to warm it up. When closing entrance door, screw fell off. Toilet paper holder cover fell off, balcony door could not be locked.
Other than that, recommended.
Lovely spotlessly clean spacious apartment. Communication before and during was great, with easy entry instructions. Daily room service was very good. Location in Gzira was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoy a walk and walked into and around Valletta one day and Sliema the next. In the summer when it might be too warm for some to walk, or just too far for some people there seemed to be lots of bus and ferry services close by to get around. There were loads of food and drink venues close by too.
We would stay again but not in the room we had this time - 0001 on the ground floor. We didn't like the "balcony" which was at least a floor below ground which meant all we could see from it was a bit of the sky above it and a large wall decorated with what looked like artificial foliage and flowers. The Isabella cafe is less than 5 metres from the front door of the apartment. There is a door between the cafe and the apartment, but on the first morning there, this door was left open. This meant we could hear a squeaky swing door banging back and forth, a radio and the coffee machine banging and hissing - all from 06:30. The next two days the door was closed so these noises were there, but tolerable.
The room was an accessible room. I don't know if this is typical of them, but the toilet was too high off the the ground to use comfortably.

Large, clean room. Quick and efficient responses by the staff
We loved Isabella Suites. The rooms are unusually spacious for Europe. Everything was brand-new super clean and functional. The shower was the BEST hotel shower I ever had. It was astonishingly quiet at night. Make sure you close your black-out curtains if you do not want to be woken up by the sun.
Absolutely lovely apartment. My only criticism is that there were no plates or utensils which would have been useful. Loads of cupboard space but nothing in them.
