I’ve stayed at this place before! Room was clean and renovated. This time, my room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink counter and hair in the shower. Also a dead spider. Additionally for check in - they were supposed to send a code so I can get through my room door. Didn’t get the message about my check in codes and contacted hotels.com to inquire.

I liked the self check-in. Self-parking was convenient. Room was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only negative was the mini refrigerator never got cold.

The hotel has no staff in site. Our door didn't recognize the provided access codes, probably because the lock was broken. But with nobody on site and nobody responding to emails / calls we were stuck and couldn't enter the room. An exceptionally bad experience. Also, the gym has multiple fitness machines but only on treadmill was working.

Lots of little things weren't great. The first code to the room didn't work and had to be reset. The tv remote didn't work when we arrived. There's no fan in the bathroom, so it remained steamy after showers. A light switch was broken, the tp holder wasn't properly attached to the wall, so tp slipped to the floor when used. Stairwell was full of trash the whole weekend. Overall, the stay was fine, despite these annoyances.

Check in was online, room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Plenty of parking and extremely convenient location on El Camino with close access to 85.

Clean, simple, value stay

This is a perfect place for me. Just clean and comfortable stay. There a workout area that I did not use. Business center which is closed due to Covid. But just simple in/out a place to sleep and rest. Comfortable beds, roomy with frig and microwave. Don't need fancy lobbies, meals onsite, etc. A good value stay. Easy walk to a number of local eateries. I would stay again since I'll be visiting this area regularly.

This a great place to stay, check is was easy and fast. Your given your check in instructions through email and or text. The hotel was accommodating to my request for early check in. Very quiet especially at night, with the exception of some traffic noise but not too bad. Rooms are very spacious clean, beds are on the firm side but comfy

First time staying at a hotel that does not have a regular Front Desk staff and housekeeping. You get all your check in info like RM number, entry code to the building . Pretty much checked in with my phone through message with a virtual -not so virtual employee. She was very nice and helpful. The hotel is great, clean quiet and very spacious. Guest laundry available, free parking and wifi… is okay . Great location near near freeway Hyw’s 280,101,85,237 are all very close by. Plenty of shopping and eating near by. Micro and fridge in RM and coffee keurig . Very much recommend especially for those who just want to get in . Nothing was needed from me upon arrival. I received from check in instructions on my phone and enjoyed my stay, will definitely come back.

Comfortable and Affordable Boutique Hotel

I wish I had the option of giving this comfortable boutique hotel a 9.0 rating! It exceeded my expectations by far. I wound up staying for 4 nights and found it really pleasant. The room was very spacious and modern at 300 SF. The location on El Camino was perfect between Stanford and San Jose, near many great restaurants. Easy freeway access. The price was far below what you'd pay elsewhere in that area, even when I added an extra night at the last minute. I asked for a quiet 3rd floor room, which request was honored. The bed was very comfy. There's plenty of free parking. The keyless entry with a code worked flawlessly. You have to realize that this is not a full-service hotel. If you want housekeeping, there's an extra charge. There's no front desk, but one very helpful person in an office from 7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. The rooms could use a few more "frills" like more than one bar of soap, extra coffee, or a disposable plastic lining for the ice bucket. I had to make creative use of the shower cap instead! You can get extra supplies from the office, however, when it's open. One concern is that the front door is left open until 11:00 p.m., which allows anyone to walk in unchecked. Since a code is needed for the room or late entry anyway, why not just keep the doors locked at all times? Overall, I highly recommend this comfortable and affordable hotel in the heart of everything. It would be my first choice in the area for my next stay!

This hotel does not come with housekeeping. You need to request it 24h in advance & costs an extra $20. Not very convenient & this wasn't clear while making the reservation. The ironing board was broken and one of the light bulbs was out. The room was very clean.

Hotel experience

It’s a good hotel if you are not trying to spend lots of money. When I got there it looked like it wasn’t even cleaned properly. The bed was not made. The sheets were randomly placed throughout the room. There was trash can bags. There was a used soap. I did like the AC it worked amazing. The windows also provided a lot of good light. I also liked how the sink area was outside of restroom so one can get ready while the other showers etc.

This place was beautiful! Very clean and modern. Wish there were a front desk with an employee present, anyone could walk in off the street and take an elevator up to the rooms. Employee presence would make a guest feel more secure.
