"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guests. This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!"

"Absolutely love this hotel! We've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the flexible check-in and check-out times. While we haven't tried the breakfast, the buffet looks quite good with plenty of options. Our last stay was perfect, except for a minor concern about the elevators. There was a notice about one being sensitive and prone to stopping, and both sets seemed a bit dated, which made us a little uneasy. We understand they get a lot of use and maintenance, but it was a slight worry. We're already planning our next trip to Minneapolis in a few months and will definitely be booking with Hyatt again!"

"The staff looked pretty grumpy. What was worse was the construction noise throughout the entire night. Giant jack hammers were tearing down a big concrete bridge. The staff claimed that it was unannounced, but it seemed to me that the property either failed to do the due diligence or conveniently ignored any possible notices. I would avoid this property at all costs."
