施設は良い、客層は..

雰囲気もすごく良かったのですが、到着した時に一階利用してる方が二階の私達の駐車場に停めていて(三台くらい持ってきてるようでした)駐車場が見つけられず、駐車場にしかパインハウスの表示も無かった為探すのに少し時間がかかりました。 男性が相手でこちらは悪くないのに声をかけるのも少し怖かったですし、チェックアウト終えてすぐ忘れ物に気付き戻るとまた駐車場は停められていて、戻ってきたことをコソコソと言われてるのも聞こえ急いで忘れ物を取って出ようとしたのですが２台分のスペースに一階の方の車が三台あり、どかしてくれるでもなく狭い路地をでなければいけませんでした。 サービスは良かったものの、そういう管理が行き届いてない、何かあったときにどこに連絡すればいいのかも分からなかったのでそこだけ改善してほしいなと思います。

過ごしやすい！

外観に対して、中はオシャレで必要なものも最低限揃っており、使いやすくとてもよかったです。 子供達も大きなベッドや照明に大喜びでした。 一棟借りたのですが、上の階のお風呂場がこもった匂いが強く、換気に時間が掛かったのが残念でした。 その一点以外はとても素晴らしかったので、また近くで用事がある際には利用させてもらいます！

洗濯機があったのが非常に便利で助かりましたが洗剤が1回分ほどしか入ってなかったので持参した洗剤を使いました。連泊だったのでもう少しあったらなと思いました。 ビーチが近くスーパーもすぐに行ける距離で存分に楽しめました。 用意していただいた鍋も非常に使いやすかったです。

太棒了,超超值的民宿,像自家型的別墅

太棒的民宿了。一進民宿，房東就貼心的把冷氣開好等著房客入住,不會擔心房客晚上才入住會浪費冷氣。入住當天晚上，找不到熱水開關，打電話問房東，房東說得很詳細,很慢,可能怕我們會聽不懂,絲亳沒有不耐煩的語氣。房東是美國人，太太應該是日本人，因為聯絡電話有兩支，可以挑選自己適合的語言溝通。仔細看其實房子沒有什麼特殊的裝潢，但是就是會讓你覺得住得很舒服很方便，設備也都很齊全，瓦斯,電鍋,微波爐,鍋碗瓢盆,餐具，都很齊全，處處都讓你覺得很貼心，可以看得出房東是有用心在經營民宿。房子外面有烤肉架，洗衣機，連曬衣籃,曬衣架都有。我們連住兩天,因為主要是為了參加花火大會,活動當天,採買完當天晚餐,就將車停在民宿,然後走下去到海洋博(水族館),大約只要6,7分鐘,比想像要快很多；活動結束時，別人在路上塞車，我們悠閒走回民宿，才9點多,將在超市買的一些快速料理的食物,用微波爐,電鍋,簡單料理一下,享受一頓非常令人滿足的宵夜。若要說缺點，就是盥洗室太小了，設備差了點，刷牙洗臉要在廚房區域的水槽，但沒關係，這一點都不影響我對它的評價。總之，這民宿太超值了，比起在國際通旅店，都太划算，太舒適了，有機會一定一定要再造訪！非常推薦給到海洋博的旅客們，一定要來住上一晚，享受它的舒適！

地方黑暗，房間大，不能太晚進去，最好先行問房東key的密碼

是民宿，不知太晚過去時房東不在，臨時找不到聯絡，還好樓下房客也是台灣人幫忙作聯絡才知房東當天有寄mail告知key的密碼請我們自行開啟。是黑暗的小路，還好導航還準確可到達，但附近沒什吃的要先行買好東西再過去，不然還得開車約半小時才能找到吃的。對了~樓上的床好像狠不行，狠怕躺下去就塌下去。

大きなワンルームにキッチンダイニングエリア、キングサイズベッドがあり、室内はきれいでとても良かったです。 ただ、顔を洗う洗面台は無いので、キッチンシンクで顔を洗います。また、お風呂場はシャワールームとトイレがカーテンで区切られているだけで、シャワーに入るとトイレの床まで濡れてしまうので、いちいち拭いていましたし、シャワールームの床が不安定で足腰弱い方の使用はおススメできません。昔のユニットバスのお風呂と洗面ボールを取り払ったトイレ・シャワーはいきなり部屋とつながっていて仕切りが無く、後からついたてを見つけましたがホコリだらけで使う気がしませんでした。 バスタオル・歯ブラシはありましたが、キッチンがあるのにふきんは無いし、フェイスタオルも無かったので、個人的には歯ブラシよりフェイスタオルが欲しかったです。 オーナーは感じが良く、チェックインの時に部屋の説明もしてくれましたが、シャワーのついたての話は無かったです。 美ら海水族館からも近く(歩けますがすごい坂です。車がベター)、ステキなお部屋なので、水回りが残念でしたが、このお値段だとこの程度なのかな？とも思いました。

조용하고 편안한 곳.

매우 친절함. 원룸형태 1층이었는데 베드가 매우 크고 편함. 매트리스가 어느 회사 제품인지 궁금할 정도로 진짜 역대급 편함. 츄라우미수족관이랑 매우 가까움. 바다나 산을 바라보는 전망은 전혀 아니지만, 작은 전원주택단지 안에 있는 듯한 느낌. 식탁이 넓고, 작은 테라스에서 비비큐도 가능. 추후 재방문 의사 있음.
