Sköna sängar och mycket trevlig personal

Vi trivdes på Hotel Vila Nadin. Positivt var närheten till gamla stan, servicen, personal bemötande och hotellets trevliga utseende. Ljudet från trafiken från närliggande mycket trafikerad gata var påtagligt i början av vistelsen. Efter 2 nätter blev vi vana med det. Helheten: kan rekommendera vistelsen på Hotel Vila Nadin.

Good place for basic stay

The hotel was fine and about 15 minute walk to the Old Town. The pool was beautiful, small and very fresh-cold water but clean and in good condition. We had a quad room and it was OK. 1 double + bunk and a tight space really just room for the beds and some storage shelves for our suitcases. The toilet was particularly smelly, unfortunately. It was cleaned but seemed to it might have been a drainage issue, we had to keep the door closed. We stayed for 3 nights and were out everyday so it was suitable as a place to just lay our heads. Wifi was fine, TV was fine too although remote didn't work so we had to go old school manually changing volume and channels. Cannot comment on breakfast or food as we did not take it there. Staff was helpful and polite at check in and check out.

We will not stay here again. Rude employees, poor

We did not get the apartment we ordered. We paid for kitchen so we did not need to buy breakfast and so, we then tried to ask for this and the manager was not helpful at all. We needed to change room after one night. The beds are uncomfortable and black, so it is hard to look for bedbugs. The poolarea was poor. Sunbeds without matress and it was only 5 of them. The rooms was so small and did not have a fridge. Also, we were supposed to have the private bathtub as written in the add, but the hotel did not have this. Also, we were supposed to have duvets, we did not. The manager was not very helpful with our problem and was rude when I asked for the price I needed to pay when we checked out. He said: "you dont need to ask questions. Just pay". This was quite rude and I was not allowed to check my account if I already had paid. The hotel only takes cash!!! Be aware!

The location was really good. Close to the old bridge - 5-10 minutes Walk. The pool was Also very nice (very small) Perfect to be able to cool down. The room and the hotel didn’t look like the pictures, it was pretty old and not very clean. The towels We got was very very old. Also, the they didnt clean the room, they only Made the bed and put new towels. One of the days there was no water, and We asked the lady at the hotel When We Will be able to shower and she was really rude and said ”i dont know, Maybe today Maybe tomorrow Maybe next week”. We were Lucky that the water came back within 1 hour. One more bad thing is that this hotel doesnt accept card payments at all. Not even to pay the room. I guess that you get What you pay for 350 euros for one week is a good price.

Fine dager i Mostar

Kjempe hyggelig familiedrevet lite hotell! De var hjelpsomme og koselige. Kort vei til gamlebyen! Eieren hadde bodd noen år i Norge, så mye av kommunikasjonen gikk på norsk.

Du behöver en pool i varma mostar

Hotellet var väldigt charmigt och personalen fantastisk, vi bjöd på välkomstshots när vi checkade in. Poolen var fantastisk då vädret i mostar var över 40 grader under vår vistelse. Enda dåliga var att wi-fi på rummet var bristfälligt men vi bodde högst upp på hotellet. Verkligen värt sitt pris! Ville dock på plats ha 10 euro mer än priset det var bokat för. Men fortfarande billigt och fint hotell

I gåavstand til "alt"

Bodde to netter her med mine to barn. Flott med 3 normale senger, i stedet for 2 senger + ekstraseng. God standard og fine rom, bra frokost, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Barna likte svømmebassenget; ikke så stort men rent og pent. Hotellet ligger i gåavstand fra gamlebyen og broen, enkelt å finne. Vi anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet til andre som skal besøke Mostar! Ekstra hyggelig for oss nordmenn at hotellsjefen snakker flytende norsk!

Worth considering

Very friendly owners. Enjoyed learning their language. First room they put us in the a/c didn't work, so they immediately gave us another room. Breakfast included in the stay, but they did not tell us that coffee was not until we were leaving and had to pay for the coffees we had at breakfast. That should have been posted in the breakfast room and communicated to us when we were asked if we wanted coffee. Walk to Starti Most almost a mile away and in the heat not too enjoyable. Returning to the Pansion after a long hot day the small portable pool was relaxing and cooled us off.
