Kuks Hospital is a former care institute for military veterans in Kuks in the Trutnov district, operated between 1744 and 1938. It was the most generous institute of its kind in late Baroque Bohemia.

"Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped in making sure I found the car park, after I had missed the entrance sign. Having been told the restaurant closed at 8pm, but not that the kitchen stopped at 7, they made me up a meal around 7.15 Very large room, clean and comfortable. Even though I was next to the lift, there was no noise from this. Right in the centre of town"
