"The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice choice of pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. and there was milk or half and half in addition to the flavored creamers. My only complaints are that the room was very stuffy when we arrived and there was no hot water. Being that it was a holiday and the restaurant was closed, may have made the difference."

"Drag racing in parking garage woke us at 2:00 a.m.!!!! Sounds of engines revving and brakes screeching. A crowd was present cheering on the racing. I called front desk and they said they had received several complaints and were dispatching security but it went on until 5 a.m. The next morning there were tire marks all over the garage where our car was parked. I do not have any words for this. Where was security? Why were the police not called? How was this allowed to happen while guests were sleeping? Why would they put the guests' cars at risk? The front desk acknowledged this incident and said they would comp us a room for the future but we do not have any plans to return. We are presently waiting for hotels.com to contact property for a refund . "

"Nice casino but for 360 a room it was terrible. No keurig k cups not bottled waters no microwave no fridge no extra amenities. The room was small sub par for 360 dollars the vending machine didn’t work if I needed a drink. The water was cold didn’t even take a shower or fleshing up as I was there for a concert. Very very very dissatisfied"
